Our logo the Pegasus is an eye-catching winged "horse-god" attraction.

 

 

It is symbolic of our approach towards business, and it directly represents the type of dedication and relationship we form with our clients and agents.

 

This logo symbolizes a strong and long lasting energy. It further represents our dedication to making possible all of the dreams our agents and customers have.

The Pegasus wings are broad, and strong enough to produce winds as forceful as a tornado. She can fly through a hurricane with little difficulty. She is very graceful and acrobatic.

 

Many have set cunning and ingenious traps for her, but they were always outwitted. It is more likely that the few who have actually ridden her were granted permission.

 

It’s been written that some people regard Pegasus is an allegory to the soul's immortality.

In January 1996, A Home For Sale Realty opened its first real estate office in Newark, NJ.  A traditional one man show catering to each individual customers needs as a "boutique" real estate agency. 

Like the many "mom & pop" real estate agencies of it's day, we  soon realized the trend within the industry was consolidation.  For us, rather then follow the path of many other smaller brokerages, we decided it was time for something else, something different and something SPECIAL.

Success was instant as customers realized they didn't have to settle for the "phoniness"  of the so-called big real estate agencies.  And, the agents didn't have to settle for working for demanding brokers that paid only 50% commission splits. Instead, we treat each of the agents as the independent contractors and pay the highest commission split in the industry which assures that we have happy, successful, motivated agents and ultimately very satisfied customers.

A Home For Sale Realty continues to be passionate about serving both it's customers and it's agents in a dedicated professional manor. We believe in the benefits of our agents being treated as professional independent contractors, versus as an expendable employee.

We pay our agents between 70% to 100% commission splits and we're making a contribution to the communities we serve. We call this philosophy "Agent Empowerment" And, you'll find this attitude in everything we do. From training agents in the use of direct mail, to our strategic planning sessions with agents, to seeking the highest quality agents, to ensuring our customers experience an outstanding transaction every time.
