How Much
Extra Can I Make? Your income potential is
unlimited. In fact, we have a number of agents,

And as a result, have generated enough monthly income
from their friends production that all their own fees
are paid for, and they truly are earning 100% of the
commissions they generated, AND MORE.
And in any
case, all you did was convince people the decision you
made to come to AHFSR was good for you, and will be good
for them. Just help bring agents on board and motivate
them to build their own pipelines. When they win you

How Long Does the Income Last? You earn income
from your downstream as long as you, and your subsequent
recruits stay on with AHFSR.

| Here's How It Works Any and all of our agents are invited to sponsor new and
experienced Realtors. When you do, you’ll have it better
than a Broker would. And the person you sponsor, like
you, will be earning the most money possible on all
their transactions. Here's how it works:
- First, you’ll receive $250 every time an agent you
sponsored signs on as an Associate of A Home For Sale
Realty or one of its subsidiary brokerages at the 100%
level. If the agent signs at the 85% level you'll
receive $150, or $75 for the 70% plan.
- If your recruited agent signed on at 100%, then every time your recruited agent closes a
deal, paying AHFSR a Transaction Fee, you receive a
$100 check as well.
- Even better, you’ll receive that income for as
long as that agent is with AHFSR – even if you’re
retired, disabled, or have left for another agency,
GUARANTEED.
Imagine, building your own team without the need for
a Broker’s License, the responsibility of supervising,
or the expenses associated with running a brokerage.
RETIREMENT/DISABILITY BONUSES - As an AHFSR
agent, should you decide to retire from selling real
estate, you will have created your own "pension plan"
from the Referral Bonus residuals you have established.
You will have the privilege of receiving the same
Sponsoring Bonus of a Referral Fee from each transaction
fee paid by those active agents you brought to AHFSR.
Just keep your real estate license in good standing and
you’ll continue to earn while you’re playing with your
grandkids, traveling, and enjoying the fruits of your
labor.
Also, even though you’ve retired from selling real
estate, you may continue to enhance your “pension plan”
while in retirement by continuing to recruit salespeople
into the company. You won’t find this type expandable
pension plan anywhere in conventional business. Together

BENEFICIARY RESIDUALS - Unlike any other

While it is true that top residential agents need not
know commercial real estate to make outstanding incomes,
the rank and file of residential agents simply could
financially benefit from knowing they can do commercial
real estate, and business brokering knowledgably.
Often residential agents often work like "Dogs" to
earn big money, as compared to commercial real estate
agents who can earn a years salary from just one or two
transactions. Well, that's because the commissions are
generally lower in residential brokerage vs. commercial
real estate brokerage.
The fact is, generally commercial buildings and
apartments sell for more than houses, so it is easy to
see why a commercial sale pays more.
Commercial brokers work "bankers hours" the same normal
hours of business of their clients, that is usually
40-45 hours a week, Monday through Friday.
How many residential agents
are out every night and all weekend long? And
they still have to work during the week arranging
financing, inspections, updating their listings,
previewing properties. The truth is the top
residential agents work very long hours every week.
So Why Are There So Few
Commercial Agents In Real Estate? Being
a commercial agent can be easier, but getting into
commercial brokerage is harder. By that, I mean getting
a broker that knows that specialty. Most brokers are
trained only in residential and do not have that
commercial knowledge to pass on to their agents,.
Most commercial brokers only want to hire experienced
commercial agents and do not want to take the time and
effort to train new people.
