So, How Do I Get My License?
It couldn't be easier. Use the

get a license in your state, where the available schools are

Which School Should You Go To?
It doesn't matter, for a number of reasons:

The purpose of all real estate pre-licensure classes is to teach
you what you need to know to pass the State Exam, which everyone
is required to take to receive their license. So, the
content and material covered by the instructor, regardless of
who's school it is, is identical.

By law, the schools must operate separate and apart from the
organization (sometimes a brokerage) and exhibit independence.
Instructors are not allowed to promote any one particular
brokerage or franchise.
So, as a pure commodity, you should select your school based on
price, and convenience. There are as many options as there
are schools. You can attend classes on weekends, evenings,
two-weeks straight, whatever works for you and your lifestyle.

Find a real estate school in your state. Each state requires a
licensee to first complete a mandated number of hours of
schooling at an accredited institution. You must take the school
and pass their final exam.

Take the state exam. The purpose of the school exam is to
prepare you for the license exam. So this should be simple
because you have already studied this information.
