How will you get me off to a fast start and fast success?

We use our own one of a kind one-on-one training and consulting program that begins, as soon as you join. (top)

What is the "overall" system to help get me successful?

Our unique training and consulting program is made up of several "components" and incorporates strategies and tactics needed for effective business networking, web marketing, and print. (top)

Is there a sign-up orientation?

If you are currently with another brokerage, once that broker sends us your license we arrange a sign-up orientation with you at a place that is convenient for you.

If you recently passed the NJ State exam for real estate then you are ready to meet with us as well. We gladly meet with you at a time and place convenient for you. Your orientation will take place then. (Be sure to bring all your requisite paperwork). (top)

Do you have a business plan that I can follow?

If we gave you a business plan "to follow" we'd be just like other brokerages having every agent to do the exact same things. By helping you with a customized business plan truly made for you, by you, we both know that your strengths, weakness and resources will be properly allocated. It is much easier to commit to a business plan and goals, if they've got your "buy in". Once you've committed to your plan, success is almost immediate. (top)

Are the office systems easy for me to use?

The office systems are very easy to use and are web based. If you have access to a computer and the internet and know how to turn on the computer... you'll be able to use our systems. (top)

Do I have a schedule I have to follow?

Each agent works a schedule that best fits his or her lifestyle. (top)

Do I get a coach to work with? Is their a fee for that mentoring?

We call our mentors and coaches "Business consultants". We treat each and every agent as if they are an executive of their own Fortune 500 Company and we, as their consultant assist them in achieving their goals. There is no fee for this service. This service typically includes in person, telephonic, and email consulting methodologies. (top)

What is your business Mission Statement, and how do your agents fit in to that?

What systems do you have for training agents?

We believe we've taken the best information from the best commercial real estate agent training systems available at this time. Agents from other agencies that have joined our firm have reaffirmed that while some of our materials overlap what they've seen elsewhere, the majority of our training is "higher level" and intended for a more creative and more sophisticated person then the programs offered elsewhere. What are your success statistics?

We have found that our agents are more successful then when they were with the other "traditional big box" companies. The fact is 90% of our agents came from those other companies and were total frustrated with how they operate. Don't believe that?... Check out our Agent Testimonials or ask us for references. (top)

How much emphasis does your company place on agent education and training?

We believe education and training is critical. And we certainly support our agents getting certifications.  That said have you ever known a PhD or an attorney that couldn't make a living? The same is true in real estate. You can know everything there is to know about real estate but if you can't get customers... you'll starve.  (top)

Is their training for new and transferring agents? Are they different?

Our training for new and transferring agents is different. In additional both modules vary as to the needs of the individual agent. By now, you the reader should understand that everything we do is customized to the individual agent and their individual needs. (top)

What are the goals and objectives of the agent training?

The primary goal and objective is to make you self-sufficient and successful. Just as the old proverb says: If you give a man a fish, he eats for a day. Teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime. (top)
 

What is required of me as a new agent of your agency?

We require all agents to follow our model of operation which first and foremost requires every agent to work in a legal, ethical, and morally correct manor. (top)

 How often is training offered?

Training is offered 24/7 since we have thousand of training documents on our "intra-net" group system and hundreds of other programs available from the library, for at home study. (top)

How qualified are your trainers?

Our trainers consist of Peter Manfredo and Richard Rosenblum who brings 20+ years of real estate and direct marketing knowledge. As a real estate broker.  (top)

Is their training for the use of technology?

How is your program different from other companies offer?

Our offerings are truly customized for each individual agents needs.

The best example of how we're different is compare a hamburger from McDonalds to a hamburger at "Joes Pub and Grill". McDonalds is the biggest hamburger store in the world Right? We both agree.

But, go to Joes Pub for a hamburger and you'll get a larger, fresh ground angus beef burger and Joe will ask if you want onions (raw, sautéed, fried) ?What type of cheese (American, Cheddar, Swiss)? what type of bun, Sesame seed bun, Fresh made Portuguese Roll, or on a Keiser roll? You see... bigger is not better! We measure our success by how much more money we can MAKE YOU! (top)

Will you be opening additional offices in my state or in other states?

We only plan one office in your state but we will be adding states in addition to our current states served NY, NJ, PA and DE. (top)

What geographic areas do your offices cover?

Will I get an assigned desk?

No. The office is set up as an office "on the go" used more frequently as a "pit stop" then a work station. Remember you can't sell anything to a desk! So, we'll give you a "virtual" desks right at your current computer.  (top)

You're less well-known than other national companies, so how do you compete with the better-known firms?

Keep in mind that in the end, the client is more interested in using the agent they are more comfortable with, and does not really care about the franchise name.

Our dedicated agents and high quality service provide elements much more important than yard signs and advertising materials. High quality, dedicated agents are able to quickly create a high level of awareness and familiarity in any community. And of course repeat and referral business is always the best type.

How can you offer your program for such low fees?

Our overall business model, similar to the 100% commission concept started over "30 years ago", allows for the payment of a very small fee from a large number of agents. And, it's that idea that provides us with the solid income and agent base we have today. (top)

My name and reputation are well known in my home town. Why should I change firms now?

Imagine this rewarding combination; your efforts and your names value, earning more commission, and you getting to keep it! (top)

Do your agents only handle residential property?

Our commercial real estate business is rapidly growing. We attract successful agents from all aspects of the real estate profession, including commercial, residential and relocation. (top)

Why should I pay you for an administrative fee to you when I can hang my license with a larger firm? 

The big name real estate firms are really no more than overpriced show pieces that make the owners rich. Our program is truly different. As an innovator of the AFFORDABLE 100% commission office concept, we offer unparalleled resources and value for our agents. We are "cooperative" like in nature, and keep costs low and commissions high. 

 

Most people don’t realize that the company Chief Executive Officer also spends his days in NJ, doing the day to day duties of a typical agent just like any other agent. What is your average price range?

Price ranges vary from agent to agent and geographic area to geographic area,  Annually we sell luxury homes and estates worth multi-millions down to starter homes under $100,000 with the bulk of our transactions ranging between $350,000 and $750,000. (top)

Is their cooperation in the  agency among all the agents?

There is an unprecedented amount of cooperation among our agents. Nothing like this exists at other agencies.  We operate "club like"... meaning our members are glad to help one another.  Remember, no one is here against their will and we are selective about who we'll take too!  We are like an old fashioned farmers co-op where we all help each other be successful.  Sounds corny - but although were "high tech" were also "old fashioned". How many deals do new agents complete in the first year typically

Of course this depends on each individuals circumstances. Everything from great business connections to being very active in ones community can effect your production. That said, we would hope a new brand agent can close 3 to 6 deals or referrals their first year. (top)

How many new agents will you be recruiting this year?

We anticipate 50 to 100 new agents added to our family of about 80 agents currently on board. (top)

How many are new to the business?

About 10% of the agents that join us are new to the business.  In other words 90% of our agents come from the other more well known agencies. (top)

How available is the broker and/or the manage?

The broker and managers are available at least 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM 7 days a week.  Email and cell phones are rigorously monitored to ensure prompt attention for our agents and clients.  (top)

Do you have office staff?

Yes.  Typically each office has one admin person assigned to it   The bulk of our staff needs are outsourced to venders to help keep payroll costs low and costs controlled. (top)

Describe you advertising policy?

We believe, and all statistics and indicators confirm, the internet is the wave of today's real estate. Our company's mission statement includes providing our agents with the necessary tools so they are not only "state of the art," but are able to sell their homes by providing maximum exposure for their clients. 

You will not see big full page newspaper ads for our company.  Agents together can co-op ads or advertise in newspaper and magazines individually at their own expense, but we believe general newspaper advertising is an unnecessary expense. (top)

How do corporate leads get distributed amongst the agents?

In general, corporate leads are given randomly based on an agents geographic location.  Some agents choose not to work for 50% commission and are hence, passed over.  Our corporate lead commissions are split 50/50. (top)

How do you communicate with the agents?

We use the internet and more specifically our "Yahoo Group" as a member exclusive "intranet system where we are able to share information, forms, and training in an online environment.  Of course cell phones, email, fax, regular and over night mail also serve as tools for our agents.  Each month we also have a group conference call.  (top)

Where does your company see it positioned in 3 years? and 5 years?

We are very far ahead of the industry as agent commissions are concerned. We represent a trend that is the future of real estate. In fact, some states like North Carolina license agents from day 1 as "brokers" allowing them the potential to maximize their earnings immediately. (top)

What phone number is on the signs?

800-236-2360.  Agents are also welcome to put a rider on the sign with their direct contact number. Either way it does not matter since any call from your listing, gets referred to you. We do not run "floor time". (top)

What minimum production requirements do you put on the agents?

We believe life throws everyone ups and downs. If you have a bad year it does not mean you are a bad agent. We have no required production standards since we want you to enjoy your life and enjoy this business. NO PRESSURE! (top)
