Depending on where you live, health insurance may be
either a Point-of-Service (POS) plan or a "traditional"
PPO plan. The plans feature:
- A prominent national provider (Aetna)
- No deductible (in most areas; $500 deductible
elsewhere)
- $15 doctor co-pay
- $10/$20/$35 prescription coverage
- Much lower premiums compared to equivalent
individual plans
Here's a quick look at the dental
insurance plan:
- Nationwide provider list (Aetna)
- $50 deductible
- 100% coverage on exams,
cleanings, fluoride, sealants and x-rays with NO
DEDUCTIBLE
- 80% coverage on filings, root
canals, crowns, and more
- 50% coverage on major dental
procedures like crowns, bridges, and surgery
- 24/7 emergency dental care

Retirement Plan Snapshot
If you're
like many Real Estate professionals, there's nothing
more important than building a secure financial future.
Our available retirement programs
(401(k) and Profit Sharing) let you contribute up to the
legal limit—without a SEP's limitation of 25% of net
business income. You simply tell us how much you want to
contribute and it is automatically withheld from your
pay.
And best of all, you're able to reach
the legal contribution limit (in 2006 that's $44,000 or
$49,000 if you're over 50)—with much less in
commissions than you'd need on your own!
Here's a quick look at the retirement
plan:

Also, here is a brief summary of
the available Life, Long-Term, and Short-Term Disability
benefits. All benefits are subject to the terms,
limitations, and exclusions as set forth in the plan document.
The provider continually assesses the insurance market to
achieve the best coverage value for our Associates. As a result,
benefits are subject to change at any time, of course with ample
warning provided to all Associates prior to any change.

LONG-TERM
DISABILITY INSURANCE

Monthly Benefit: 60%
of your monthly earnings, not to exceed $10,000.00.
Benefits begin after a 90 day elimination period or at
the end of the Short Term Disability period. Monthly
earnings are calculated using the average of gross pay
received over the most recent 12-month period.
Cost of Coverage: $.252
per each $100 of income up to a maximum of $42.00 per
month. Premium calculation is based on gross pay of all
actual payrolls received each month. (Pre-tax only.)

SHORT-TERM DISABILITY INSURANCE

Weekly Benefit: 70% of
your weekly earnings, not to exceed $2,000. Benefits
begin on the 15th day of an accident or illness
(pregnancy treated as an illness) and continue for 11
weeks. Weekly earnings are calculated using the average
of gross pay received over the most recent 24-month
period.
Cost of Coverage: Cost
of coverage: $.63 per each $100 of covered monthly
income, not to exceed $78.00 per month. Premium
calculation is based on gross pay of the actual payrolls
received each month. (Pre-tax only.)
