I didn't
select real estate, as a career
nor as a fulltime job. I have
that elsewhere. Real Estate
provides me with great enjoyment
from making a difference in
people’s lives, professional
growth and the pretty good added
bonus of… Extra Income!!! I made
the conscious decision to invest
my time, energy, and money to
get my real estate license
because I was always interested
in real estate. The added
benefit of the extra income
potential was not a bad thing
either!. Maybe I was naive or
“over confident” but I believed
that the A Home For Sale Realty
system would probably work best
for me. I wanted to make the
most amount of money in the
least mount of time. With this
program I started at the 70%
split but quickly changed my
plan to the 100% payout which I
currently enjoy.
I
get a better commission split
than most agents whose licenses
hang elsewhere and compared to
those agents who put in the same
time and work as I do, I am sure
my income would prove far better
then theirs... I enjoy he
educational conference calls,
and have participated in several
of the in-person training
sessions as well.. The business
model they use has allowed me to
work from home more, as I do not
have to do floor-time, caravan,
and in-house weekly meetings.
The corporate leads they give
out are real and I have gotten
some. All-in-all everything they
offer has been very impressive
to me, and a very good value. I
have sold more houses and made
more money in real estate than I
had imagined possible. I am very
pleased with the company and I
highly recommend it for both new
and experienced agents. As this
company continues to grow I
expect to grow with it and I
believe I am a part of a new
revolution in real estate.
Okay maybe
other agents earned over $30,00
in their first 3 months of 2008
too but according to the news,
real estate is depressed.
According to the news the real
estate “bubble has burst”. So I
am very proud of my
accomplishments to date.
Considering my earning at a
traditional brokerage would have
been about half, I must admit
this program has been a great
help to my economic well being!

does it mean to be an agent with a home for sale realty? In
three words it means -- Independence and Reward"
At my last broker, I did all the work (and I mean
everything), and my broker never even knew what was going
on. But when I got the check from the attorney in his name,
is when he asked me about the sale or purchase. And for that
question only, it only cost me 50% of my commission. Now at
least when I am doing everything I get almost 100% of the
commission."

"I joined A Home For
Sale Realty fresh out of real estate license school. I have
never worked for another brokerage. I joined them in order
to gain the high commission split they offer. Little did I
know, the broker and company support, mentoring and training
would be an even better reason to
join A Home For Sale Realty. As a new agent I feel relieved
that someone is always available to answer questions and
assist me in any way I should need. I am glad I do not work
in an office where competition and backstabbing is the norm
which is what I've been told often exists in other real
estate offices.
I currently have a commission split of 70% which is better
than most real estate agents get. I can change my commission
